We stopped by Charlies Fly box here in Denver area. Ed(father-n-law) and I picked up a few items to tie some flies. We saw Charlie and asked his opinion on a pattern we found for steelhead in the Washington area.

Thanksgiving holiday fly fishing trip with Ed and Mike. I was able to catch a couple of nice trout.

 

Black bugger with a zebra midge(Thanks Jackson) size 20. The bugger got this one but the zebra midge caught the other three I got that day.

Do we really need another website running on our servers? The answer is yes. After being led a stray on more than one occasion by bad information while on the road, I had a stroke of genius. I  hacked together a theme for a  social bookmarking platform ‘Hotaru’ that is viewable from my ‘not so smart phone’ and all web browser. If you got here by using a search engine then the bots have found some use for it also. In any case cheers. And go ahead and vote for your favorite fly shop or guide that you might find on the site.
